The community of the hall is very primitive and out dated. The reforms and changes of the times are very important and necessary. Its impact and consequences of the times are performed and invited. Its features and points of the skills are ascertained and advanced. It is the end of the fortunate and matters of the times. It is considered in form of the literacy and all educational goals.
