    because your organizations are reinforcing the same old stereotypes of Sikhs, i.e. this video.

    I only vote for organizations that I believe in, Sikh or non-sikh. Just because they are all sikh organizations doesn't mean I would vote for all of them.

    What if you don't have an active facebook account, then how do you vote? Too many people now a day think that its "cool" to join a facebook page to show support for a cause. Like that is actually going to do something. I choose not too.

    I don't see how/why this video is reinforcing any type of stereotypes of Sikhs.
    Can you help me to see other more clear ways in which these organizations you talk of are reinforcing the same old stereotypes of Sikhs?

    @Amit
    This is a promotion that Chase bank is running in conjunction with Facebook and thus one must have a Facebook account to vote. I would encourage you to vote for the Sikh organizations because so far the ones that I have seen (Ensaaf, Sikhcess, Saldef and Jakara) all have strong missions and track records of solid work. Though I can't vouch for the effectiveness of showing support for a cause on a social networking site, this voting process can produce a very real tangible effect for organizations that are always looking for more financial resources.

    OK. As you said since these are solid organizations, I would be glad to help by voting.
