By now, you have likely heard of the smartphone app (available for iPhone and Android devices) released by the Sikh Coalition called FlyRights, which was released yesterday (April 30), and is free of cost. The news of this app’s release has spread virally among news outlets and has been applauded by other civil rights organizations and the general public.

FlyRights allows travelers (Sikh or otherwise) to now report complaints to the TSA and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) if they feel that they have been racially profiled by TSA agents.

Based on past experiences, it is an app I wish I had before, but I’m glad that it’s available now.

There is no statute of limtiations on TSA complaints. Go ahead and file on past grievances!

someday we will be fully exonerated for air india

Reporting complaints based on feelings, how childish and immature. No wonder sikhs or others with so called feelings never get anywhere.Try reporting complaints with hard facts but that would be too much.@ pnrk sikhs will never get exonerated in air india case, why coz sikh militant orgnizations in canada have never distanced themselves from that incident.

some of the so-called militant organizations were in fact run by csis – personal experience from time spent at camp run by csis informant – never say never – people thought apartheid would never end or that communism would never end or that the berlin fall would never fall – or that there would never be a "black" president – he's not really black though – look at his mother – he's a black arab or whatever with an islamic name etc. (semitic ideology that's why the torture chambers have yet to be shut down or so i hear from the media and chit-chat)
no sikh in their right mind (or even a not so right mind) would ever have thought of doing what happened to air india – haven't you studied the book Soft Target???

  5. Mohinder Singh says:

Books like soft target are written with a biased view, mainly belonging to the author/s.Instead of reading the book try reading the ballastic, forensic reports of this incident. The people aquitted in this case were let go coz there was not enough evidence. The one who lied allthe way thru is still in jail.As for csis they did whatever they could to undermine the so called militants. As the laws & rules changed the militant organisations in canada have morphed into different status but never distanced themselves from air india crash.

I refuse to get a smart phone (not until I'm the only man left without one) and I refuse to fly to America. Add these things together and you get a very happy life. No worries at all. A happy happy life in the free world. Good luck to those of you that fly in America. May I suggest a similar app is developed for our Italian brethren. They need it more than Americans.

It is pleasant to know about flyright apps which people can install in iphone. By Community Phone this app is very helpful for passengers. They can solve their different problems regarding flight with this app. They can send their complaints also with this app.
